STREET – PAINTING
Espacially at the hard party of the course it gives the athlets a kick to read some motivating words.
please note that only water-soluble chalk is allowed!

study the transit time to see your favourite athlet at the right time at the right place

EQUIPMENT
The IRONMAN day is a long one, so be well prepared!
Keep with you: Someting to eat and drink, sunmilk, rain shelter and whatever you like to cheer up the athlets.
