The first 8 finishers, both male and female in the professional class will receive prize money as long as they come in within + 8% of the finishing time of the second place finisher. They are not eligible for prizes for the placing in their age group.

Professionals are not able to be in the rankings of their age group and so they are not able to get an age group slot for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Clearwater/Florida.

The total prize money of U$ 50.000,–.

The prize money will be paid to the athletes as soon as the official doping test results have been received by the race director.

UNEARNED* PRIZE MONEY WILL BE REDISTRIBUTED TO ATHLETES MEETING THE QUALIFYING STANDARD.

** The redistribution of unearned prize money will be based on the equal distribution of the total prize purse between the Male and Female divisions
