The Austria IRONMAN 70.3 will take place in the Regional Capital of Lower-Austria St.Pölten.
It is in the center of Lower-Austria and close to the wonderful Capital of Austria, Vienna.

There will be no problems to travel to St.Pölten. There are a some options available:

1.) BY CAR

* From the direction of Salzburg and Vienna take the West-Motorway A1
* From the airport Wien/Schwechat take the East- Motorway A4, then turn off on the S1 Vienna Outside-Ring-Hihghway (’Außenring-Schnellstraße’) then on the A21 Outside-Ring-Motorway (Außenring-Autobahn) and finally on the A1
* From the direction of Passau, Regensburg take the A8 ‘Innkreis’- Motorway then turn off on the A1
* from Italy, Slovenia there are two options:
1.) Take the A2 South Motorway (via Villach and * Graz to Wien), turn off on the A1 (or take the A2 – A21; Outside- Motorway (Außenring-Autobahn) – A1)
2.) Via Brenner-Pass to Innsbruck, Salzburg on the A1
From the direction of Switzerland cross the ‘Arlberg-Tunnel’ then turn off on the A12 ‘Inntal’- Motorway Innsbruck, Salzburg – A1

2.) BY TRAIN

*South-Railroad to Vienna South by the High-Speed-Railway to Vienna (Weststation) – St.Pölten
